A bit about me
I started this passion project a couple of years ago with a workshop in fused glass and plenty of reading and research, quickly realising what a labour of love learning about glass was going to be ... and boy, have I fallen hard!
Having taken a further course in stained glass with some renowned experts in a Glasgow studio, what started as a hobby quickly became my "work". Although it's never felt like that. As a say, it's a simple labour of love.
I do a lot of my learning through online tutorials and books, but I also still lean heavily on the experts in the Glasgow studio for their skill, expertise and advice, working mostly from my small workshop at home in Ayrshire where I have a glass kiln and most of the equipment I need to make the pieces you see here and in my online shop.
So my aim on this journey is to continue to learn, have fun, share whatever knowledge and insights I can with likeminded people, and sell enough pieces to keep the dream alive.
